Use of Website

Services and Quotations

All service descriptions, product configurations and prices shown on this website are indicative. Final scope, specification, availability and pricing are confirmed in a written quotation or work order.

Service timelines are estimates and may vary based on part availability, site conditions and factors outside our control.

Products, Refurbished Hardware and Spare Parts

• Refurbished hardware is sold as quality tested equipment and is not new; cosmetic variation is normal
• Warranty terms, duration and coverage are as stated on the invoice
• Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorised repair, or damage from power surges and misuse
• Stock and configurations shown online change frequently; availability is confirmed at the time of enquiry

Repairs and AMC

• Repair estimates are shared before work begins; approval is required to proceed
• Customers are responsible for backing up their data before handing over any device
• AMC coverage, exclusions and response times are defined in the signed AMC agreement
• Devices not collected within the notified period may attract storage charges

Rentals

Rental hardware remains the property of AIS at all times. The customer is responsible for its safe custody and for loss or damage during the rental period. Rental duration, charges and replacement terms are governed by the signed rental agreement.

Training and Placement Assistance

Course fees, schedules and syllabus are subject to change. Placement assistance includes training, resume support, mock interviews and interview referrals. We do not guarantee employment, as hiring decisions rest entirely with the recruiting organisation and depend on the candidate's performance and eligibility.

Payments

• Payments are due as per the agreed invoice or work order terms
• Advance payment may be required for procurement, bulk orders and project work
• Fees paid for training and services are non-refundable unless expressly agreed in writing

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, images, course material and design elements, is the property of AIS – Aghanya Info Solution Pvt Ltd and may not be copied, reproduced or redistributed without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability
